Came with my elderly mother for her sight test to the Halifax store . yes my mum is old but also not a baby or stupid the First Lady who attended her big built thin hair spoke to her like she had special needs not good . Glasses Not cheap anymore they try to sell you things you don’t wont , everything is rushed with fake smiles, staff need to be also more professional instead of talking badly about other customers when other customers can hear everything. These people pay your wages
