(PHN) These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the sale of marketing information space for the promotion of Registered Optical Practices to all readers of Opchat News.com, Mylocaloptician.co.uk and users of Find My Optician app, by PHN.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to these T&Cs.
1.1 PHN sells a range of optical marketing services, including advanced and featured entries on the Find My Optician app as well as featuring Optical Suppliers in the UK Optical Directory on Opchat News..
1.2 While we make every effort to ensure that the service descriptors, images, and information we publish on your behalf on our website are accurate, mistakes may occur. We will upon instructions from you correct any information we deem necessary.
1.3 The information you provide will not be shared outside of our own group of companies accept within the listings that you have requested to be published within.
1.4 Information by Optical Practices supplied for publishing in Find My Optician app.
We only list Registered Opticians within the UK and ROI and you will be requested to demonstrate your registration with the appropriate Regulatory Body governing your license to trade as a registered practice. If we become aware that you were or are no longer a registered practice we will remove your entry and will not offer any refund for services purchased.
1.5 Verification of your entry will occur generally within 3 days of receipt of your request and after validation will be published as requested.
2.1 To place an order on our website, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You must also be the manager responsible for purchasing within your business, company or sole tradership.
2.2 When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to buy the services in your basket at the stated price, subject to these T&Cs.
2.3 We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including if we believe that the order is fraudulent or if the products and services are no longer available.
2.4 Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between us will occur when we publish your entry.
