My mum called into your opticians yesterday (Thursday 31st). She is a customer of yourselves. The reason she called in was she woke yesterday morning with a severe blood shot eye and a headache. All she wanted was the optician to check her eye. The girl was not very helpful. There was no triage done. She said no one could look at her until Friday afternoon. This was very disappointing as my mum and myself were worried about her eye. We left and went to Specsavers where they were amazing and saw my mum straight away and put her mind at ease
