Making the initial appointment via the telephone was straightforward. The greeting and understanding of my requirements were received with understanding and nothing was too much trouble.
On arrival I was greeted with a friendly welcome, a cup of coffee and assistance choosing some frames prior to seeing the optometrist.
Examination was very thorough with explanation all the way. Now with prescription to hand I was guided through the various lens configurations available with no oversell, or pressure tactics.
Monica made the entire experience really pleasant. Would recommend anyone to give eyesite Beverley a try. You won’t be disappointed.
