Dear Sir
I was very disappointed to be told that distance glasses prescribed almost three weeks ago could not be collected today. I payed for them in advance because I didn’t foresee a problem like this from Edward’s optician’s, whom I have dealt with for twenty five years.
I need these glasses tomorrow, but was told you don’t do fittings today.
Would you please advise when it is convenient to supply them. At the same time would you please let me have a copy of the prescription for both distance vision and reading glasses.
I will not be using Edward’s opticians again.
